Offered in four model trims, the 2015 Subaru Legacy has Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRPs) ranging from under $22,000 to close to $30,000 excluding destination and delivery fee.
For a starting price of $21,695, the base Legacy 2.5i model comes with the 2.5-L Boxer engine and Lineartronic Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT), delivering 175 horsepower, 174 lb.-ft. of torque and fuel economy of 26 city/36 highway/30 combined mpg.
With added 10-way power driver’s seat, dual-zone auto climate control, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 6-speakers audio system and an upgraded infotainment system with 7-inch display, the 2015 Legacy 2.5i Premium is priced starting at $23,495.
For a price of $26,495, the 2015 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Limited trim offers even more impressive features such as perforated leather-trimmed upholstery, stylish 18-inch alloy wheels, 120speaker Harman/Kardon audio system with 576-watt Amplifier, 10-way power driver’s seat with two-position memory, dual-mode heated rear seat backs and cushions, Subaru Rear Vehicle Detection System, exterior mirrors with integrated turn signals, fog lights, woodgrain-pattern accent trim, and center console rear A/C outlets.

2015 Subaru

Joining the 2015 BRZ lineup this July will be 1,000 limited units of the BRZ Special Edition dubbed “BRZ Series.Blue”.  Instead of being all painted in blue as its name suggested, 500 units will be painted in WR Blue Pearl and 500 units will be in Crystal White Pearl.

Built on the BRZ Limited model, the Subaru BRZ Series.Blue rides on STI 17-inch wheels and features the “STI functional aerodynamic body design”, which underlines “low vehicle weight”, “ultra-low center of gravity” and “precision steering”.  The STI front, side skirts, side-rear under spoilers gives the BRZ Series.Blue extra front downforce, and the underbody panels diminish the coefficient of drag.
Other additional special treatments, to name a few, include blue leather seat bolsters and head rests, blue stitching on various parts, leather-wrapped steering wheel, shift lever boot and parking brake handle.  The BRZ Series.Blue also gains a frameless rear view mirror and carbon-fiber-looked center dash panel.
Available with only 6-speed manual transmission, the 2015 Subaru BRZ Series.Blue Special Edition will be priced at $29,490 with an additional destination charge of $795, which makes it the most expensive model in the 2015 BRZ lineup, about $2,000 more than 6MT equipped BRZ Limited model which it was based on. Lexus NX Family

Lexus today announced and released some details of the all-new luxury compact crossover – the 2015 NX, which will make its global debut at the 2014 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition.

Inspired by the recent introduced LF-NX Concept, the Lexus NX features sharp, cutting design with a distinctive roofline and low profile.  Like other Lexus vehicles, the NX features the Lexus’ signature spindle grille, LED headlamps, DRL and Lexus’ signature L-shaped rear lamp.  The bold fenders and wheel arches accommodate 17-inch or 18-inch wheels.  The 2015 Lexus NX also features “the innovative Lexus-first door handle with a hidden key barrel and integrated lighting”.
The interior is unique, beautified with the mixture solid metallic surfaces and opposing soft materials.
There will be three version of Lexus NX available, the NX200t with the all-new 2.0-L turbo engine, the NX 200 with a standard engine, and the hybrid version NX 300h.  The gas powered Lexus NX will be offered in FWD or AWD.
The 2015 Lexus NX will be available for the U.S market and other parts of the world.   Specifications of the NX will vary according to the market.

Nissan Versa Sedan

Nissan has released detailed overview and photos of its new 2015 Versa Sedan ahead of its debut at the New York International Auto Show on April, 16th.
The 2015 Nissan Versa Sedan gets various exterior enhancements including a new front and rear fascia.  The front looks bolder with larger headlights and chrome plating on the grille.

The refinements continue to inside with a revised meter display with white LED display replacing the previous orange illumination color, and a new steering wheel with Bluetooth hand-free phone system and audio controls.
The 2015 Nissan Versa Sedan is powered by a 1.6-L 4-cylinder engine which generates 109 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 107 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm.  Three choices of transmission are available depending on the model – 5-speed MT, 4-speed AT and Xtronic.
When equipped with the 5-speed MT, the 2015 Versa Sedan delivers fuel economy of 27 city/36 highway/ 30 combined mpg. With 4-speed AT, it offers 26 city/35 highway/30 combined mpg.  The 2015 Nissan Versa Sedan offers best fuel efficiency when it is equipped with Xtronic transmission, which gives 31 city/40 highway/35 combined mpg.
The 2015 Nissan Versa Sedan will be available in four models – Versa Sedan S, Versa Sedan S Plus, Versa Sedan SV and Versa Sedan SL. All models except S are exclusively equipped with Xtronic transmission.
Nissan will make the 2015 Versa Sedan available at dealerships on April 16th with a starting MSRP of $11,990 (lowest starting MSRP in the U.S).

Nissan Murano

Nissan today gave detailed overview and specifications of the all-new 2015 Murano, which takes its cues from the Resonance Concept which was introduced at the 2013 North American International Auto Show.
The 2015 Nissan Murano wasn’t evolved from the Resonance Concept, instead it was built on parallel paths that shared the same design themes, basic elements like the “boomerang lights and floating roof treatment”, and new Nissan design path centered on “lightness and efficiency”.

Having the same overall dimensions as the outgoing model, the 2015 Nissan Murano however is lower, wider and longer, improving the aerodynamics.  In addition, the car gets more than 16 percent boost in overall aerodynamics thanks to the grille shutter, fender lip moldings, rear bumper surfacing, rear tire deflector and a rear spoiler.  18-inch wheels are standard on the vehicle, but the 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels are also available.

The Resonance Concept design influence continues into the interior which Nissan describes it as a “comfortable and inviting upscale social lounge” designed to optimize user-friendly experience.  With rear seats up, the cargo area of the new Nissan Murano is expected to offers a best storage space in the segment.
The all-new 2015 Nissan Murano comes with a 3.5-L V6 engine which generates 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque.  With the standard Xtronic transmission and helps from the new aerodynamic design along with lower weight, the new Nissan Murano is about 20 percent better in fuel efficiency than the outgoing Murano.

Scion FR-S

Scion today announced the first Release Series for the FR-S – the FR-S RS 1.0. The Scion FR-S Release Series 1.0 will make its debut at the New York International Auto Show this week.

Just like other Scion Release Series, the Scion FR-S RS 1.0 is limited produced to only 1,500 units, each carries its own sequential number badge (1 to 1,500).
Prepared at the TRD factory, the Scion FR-S RS 1.0 is painted in unique “Yuzu” color and is outfitted with a custom-designed body kit, a rear spoiler and side fender garnish. In addition, the FR-S RS 1.0 features HID headlamps with LED Daytime Running Lights.

Interior, the car features Dual-zone Automatic Climate Control, a Smart Key with Push Button Start, TRD leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift knob.
Performance-wise, the 2015 Scion FR-S Release Series 1.0 is equipped with TRD Quad Tip Exhaust system, TRD lowering springs.
Available in either 6-speed MT or 6-speed AT, the Scion FR-S RS 1.0 will be available this fall and have the starting manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of under $30,000.

2015 Acura TLX

With new engines, new transmissions plus equipped latest technologies, the All-New Acura TLX made its official debut at the 2014 New York International Auto Show.

Under the hood of the all-new 2015 TLX is a choice of two Acura’s new engines, a 2.4-L 16-valve 4-cyl engine and a 3.5-L 24-valve V6 engine.  Backed by an all-new 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, the 4-cyl engine delivers 206 horsepower at 6,800 rpm and 182 lb.-ft of torque.  Mated with a new 9-speed AT, the V6 engine produces 290 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and 267 lb.-ft of torque.
Going on sale later this year with three models in the lineup – TLX, TLX V-6 and AWD TLX V-6.  The 2015 TLX when equipped with a 4-cyl engine is projected to have the fuel economy rating of 24city/35highway/28combined mpg.  With a V6 engine, the rating is 21city/34highwa/25 combined mpg for a FWD model and 21city/31highway/25combined mpg for the AWD TLX.
Compared to the Acura TL, the model it replaces, the 2015 TLX is 3.8 inches shorter while retaining the same wheelbase and front-to-rear passenger-seating distance.  With a more compact size, the TLX is also lighter than the TL, a typical TLX V6 has a curb weight under 3,600 lbs, about 145 lbs lighter than the TL with the same packaging.  In addition, the body design of the TLX provides 15 percent better in aerodynamic efficiency that that of the TL.
The new 3.5-L engine on the new TLX delivers 10 horsepower and 13 lb.-ft more than the outgoing TL 3.5-L engine.  The new 9-speed AT is significantly lighter than the 6-speed AT in the TL.  The TLX AWD gains extra 3mpg in the city and 5mpg on the highway compared to the 2014 TL AWD. READ MORE
